FAQ
Q: Which version of Cinema 4D do I need to be able to follow the tutorial?
A: The tutorial was recorded in Cinema 4D R10, but you can also follow it if you are using
Cinema 4D R9. Below R8.5, the layout is somewhat different and certain important functions are missing, so it will be hard to follow
with versions below R8.5. In case you are facing problems due to your older version of CINEMA 4D, you can always download the R10 demo.
Q: What's the spoken language in the tutorial?
A:The spoken language is English. Feel free to look at the sample video.
Q: Do I need any plugins or additional stuff?
A:No, the tutorial only uses the basic tools, no plugins are used. You could even download the R10 demo and use
that to practice the tutorial on.
Q: What do I receive after ordering?
A: You will receive a link, username and password. The username and password were generated only for you, so be careful not to send it around.
After logging in, you will see the list of files you still have to download. After succesfully downloading a file, you will not be able to download the file again, so store it safely on your computer.
You don't have to download all the files immediatelly, your account does not expire. So take it easy.
Q: What is the video format of the tutorials?
A: The tutorials are all in flash, just like the sample video. The video quality of the sample represents the video quality in the rest of the tutorial.
